I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hostel. The location is great, with easy access to the city center and all the amenities you need nearby. The bathroom was in good condition and the dorm size was just right. The staff, especially the lovely lady, were helpful and friendly. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The availability of Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, picnic area/tables. It was also a relief to find a no smoking policy. despite some areas that could use improvement, it was a decent low-cost option for a comfortable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment is a great bonus, allowing you to cook your own meals and save money. Having a TV in the room is a nice touch for those nights when you just want to relax and watch your favorite shows. The shared bathroom with a shower is always clean and well-maintained, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The refrigerator in all the rooms is handy for keeping your drinks and snacks cool during your stay.

Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom, but I understand that others might not mind the shared one.

I stayed at Pikapolonca Guest House for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised. The owner, though not fluent in English, was very friendly. Despite a mix-up with the room, I wasn't charged extra. The property was clean, with two bathrooms on the floor, one of which had a jacuzzi. The owners have clearly made improvements. The location was convenient, only a 15-minute walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again.
